Cancellations/no shows for Transfers:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the service
100% chargeable for less than 24 hours or no show
Cancellations/no shows for daily & hourly services:
Free up to 48hours before the start of the service.
50% between 48 hours and 24 hours.
100% if cancel with less than 24 hours or no show.
Event transportations:
Payment policy: 50-60% of the total reservation amount shall be paid in advance. The rest of the amount should be paid before end of the service. Any additional services will be charged end of the service.
Cancellation policy: If the cancellation is made 10 days prior to the pick-up date, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the cancellation is made less than 10 days but more than 8 days before the pickup, a fee equal to 15% of the total value of the booking will be incurred. Cancellations made less than 8 days but more than 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup will be charged a fee equal to 45% of the total value of the reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup will not be refunded by Drive Luxury.
Guest obligations: To ensure a smooth service, specific and advance information of requested changes and/or additions to service will be required.
